For Golf Training look on eating on a regular basis fresh lean meats with no fat on them, fish and chicken and also eggs and peanuts. These foods contain pure sources of protein to help repair muscle tissue after a work out. Recovery is really important. Also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated and your muscles replenished.
Now that you have that sorted I highly recommend you buy a swiss ball or maybe a high quality ab and back
workout machine.If you are not so confident at exercising these muscles I recommend you seek advice of an expert or a personal trainer to show you some techniques and drills to get you maximum results. I highly recommend a Swiss ball than other ab workouts. Because not only will you work on your core, most of these exercises tend to use all muscle groups which will bring you extra benefits as well as flexibility, which is very important for your swing because your core is the engine room and needs to rotate during the golf swing.
